Amici Foodservice Ventures, Inc (Amici) are providing you with quality food and services and we value the protection of the privacy of personal data that you share with us in accordance with the R.A 10173 - Data Privacy Act of 2012 from National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Collection of Personal Data:

Amici collects information you provide such as online delivery on our website, Call Center Delivery Hotline, and Gusto Privilege Card upon purchase. the following information may be collected from you via form or electronic such as Name, Address, Birth Date:, Mobile Number:, Email Address: Also, we collect the following personal information for receipt such as Name, TIN, Address, Business type, and Identification cards such as Senior Citizen (SC), Person with Disability (PWD), Solo Parent, Medal of Valor (MOV ID), National Athlete, Diplomat or Company ID`s which collected to facilitate the discounts and related in tax such as exemptions/ zero-rated / and audit mandated by the government agencies such as Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), internal accounting and audit purposes.

Use and Processing of Personal Data

Amici will also use the collected information for dine-in/out and delivery transaction purposes to provide quality service by using our delivery hotline and promotions or/and marketing activities. At all times, your personal data shall not be used or processed for any purpose that is contrary to law, morals, or public policy under Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Sharing and Disclosure your personal data

Amici may share personal data with our sister companies (Casa Amici Inc. & Cara Mia Sales and Services Inc.) for the following purposes: (1) to provide perks/discounts in Amici and Caramia stores (2) for marketing purposes using SMS notifications. and (3) for Delivery Hotline purposes. No further use or disclosure of your personal data beyond the specific purposes.

Risk Involved, Storage and Data Protection

Risk of data from the data subjects will cause harm to data subjects or the company such as Data Breach, Unauthorized Access/Disclosure or any unlawful act that It includes risks involving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. Amici implements organizational, technical, and physical security measures for the protection and storage of data that we collected and process and it is committed to updating and improving security measures such as data encryption, Security measures against natural calamities, unauthorized disclosure from any personnel, authentication access against data destruction, alteration and other similar unlawful acts under Data Privacy Act. 

Data Destruction and Disposal

We store personal information within 3 years from the last transaction from delivery hotline/visit or acquisition of Gusto Privilege Card. The personal information will be disposed of for the following method: 1. Auto Deletion of data 3 years from the data was stored in our loyalty database & customer information system. 2. Shredding using diamond-cut method within 6 months after encoding to our database (forms). 

No automated individual Decision-Making.

Amici are not using any related software for automated individual decisions-making for your personal data that we collected.

Close Circuit Television System (CCTV)

Amici has installed Close Circuit Television System (CCTV) which collects video footage of any individuals who may be captured by the CCTV system cameras for the following and will all CCTV footage be overwritten after one month of video recording

(a) Recording and detection of unlawful acts,

(b) Quality Assurance and Internal dispute/resolution purposes 

(c) Monitoring of Company Properties and Assets.

(d) Assisting for investigation and crime prevention. 

Our CCTV systems is not used for purposes other than those describe above.

Use of Cookies (Website) 

Cookies are small data files that we write into your device when you visit our website. We use cookies in order for you to have full functionality and excellent user experience in using our website. You can disable the cookies by using Browser Configuration or third-party application. However, by doing this, you may not be able to fully utilize the features of our website.

Amendment of the Privacy Policy

Amendments under R.A 10173 - Data Privacy Act of 2012, business decisions or technical developments may require changes to our privacy policy. The privacy policy will then be adapted accordingly. You can always find the latest version on our website.

  5. You have the right to suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of your personal data.
  6. You have the right to obtain a copy of your data in an electronic or hard copy format.
  7. You have the right to be indemnified for any damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of your personal data, taking into account any violation of your right and freedoms as data subject.
  8. You have the right to File a complaint If you feel that your personal information has been misused, maliciously disclosed, or improperly disposed, or that any of your data privacy rights have been violated.
